Terms and Conditions – Angourie Resort NRMA member exclusive packages

•  The following terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice.  

• Valid for sale until 4pm AEDT 19/12/2024 for stays 12/11/2024 to 25/09/2025. 

• Minimum 2 night stay applies when staying in low season. 3 night minimum stay applies for high season. See season dates here under ‘securing your booking’: https://www.angourieresort.com.au/terms-conditions-and-policies/booking-conditions/  

• From pricing based on 2 nights on the standard package staying in the low season Sunday to Thursday. 

• Savings based on the maximum amount a customer can save on these packages based on standard retail prices. 

• Package rate requires full payment upon booking and is non-refundable. 

• Surcharge applies on Friday and Saturday nights of $40 per night. 

• Extra person charges apply. $55 one off cost for extra adults. $35 on off cost for extra children. Included persons detailed in each package below. Extra person charges cover room and breakfast only. All other inclusions don’t apply. 

• Subject to availability and only limited allocations of product, and product types are offered on sale rate, until sold out.  

• Block out dates apply and include 21/12/24 to 11/01/2025, 25/02/2025 to 27/02/2025 and 18/04/2025 to 20/04/2025 

• Not valid on group bookings of 10 or more. 

• Child is considered 4-15 years of age 

• Available for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any other offer.  

• Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked under this offer.   

• Discounted package rate available to My NRMA members only with a valid membership. 

• My NRMA membership can be purchased during check-out for from $30 for the first year of membership and $60 per year on going. 

• All inclusions are subject to availability and not redeemable for cash. 

• Package inclusions must be redeemed during dates of stay and cannot be transferred to another offer. 

Package 1 – Yamba Escape Package 

• Valid for stays in the one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom villas. 

• Inclusions are valid for 2 adults. Extra person charges apply as outlined above. 

• Inclusion terms: 

• E-bike hire: valid for 2 hours of e-bike hire per person. Subject to availability and bookings must be made with reception. 

• Poolside dining credit: $30 per day of stay. Redeemable at the pool bar on food and beverages. Not redeemable for cash and any unused credit will be forfeited on departure. 

Package 2 – Couples Escape Package 

• Valid for stays in the one-bedroom apartments 

• Inclusions are valid for 2 adults. Extra person charges apply as outlined above. 

• Inclusion terms: 

• E-bike hire: as above 

• Poolside dining credit: as above 

• Breakfast: one brunch item and one coffee/drink per person from the on-site café 

• Spa treatment: one 60 min spa treatment per adult consisting of 30min massage and 30min spa treatment. Subject to availability and must be booked with reception. Treatment cannot be changed. 

Package 3 – Family escape Package 

• Valid for stays in the two-bedroom villas 

• Inclusions are valid for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra person charges apply as outlined above. 

• Inclusion terms: 

• Breakfast: as above 

• Spa treatment: as above with one glass of sparkling wine per adult. Treatment cannot be changed. 

• Kids welcome pack: provided on arrival per child 

• Kids dine free: receive one free kids meal for every main meal purchased in the on-site restaurant OR at the pool bar during restaurant closure (24 November 2024 to January 2025)

• Access to NRMA Blue Dolphin Yamba Holiday Resort facilities: visitors to Blue Dolphin are required to sign in at reception on arrival.
